NICK'S BRASSERIE & BAR is located in the up and coming Riverside neighbourhood around Dock Street in Leeds. Nick Colley, the head chef, has worked as a chef for 12 years at restaurants such as Shears Yard and Live Bait, as well as Chapel Allerton's The Old Police Station, which is renowned county wide for its fantastic menu. Nick is now taking the brave step of opening his own Brasserie.

The building exudes warmth in character and the interior's beautiful oak flooring; bare brick, exposed beams and earthy tones are compounded by smart staff in long aprons to create an atmosphere indicative of a traditional brasserie. However, in total contrast the use of glass and stainless steel create a contemporary twist.
